FREE CANCELLATION up to 30 days prior to arrival!

7 days prior to arrival: 70% payable

Less than 7 days prior to arrival or no show: 90% payable

 

  • FREE CANCELLATION up to the arrival day if:
    • travel warning or
    • border closure or
    • entry ban to the Wilder Kaiser region or
    • in the event of a ban on leaving the home town
  • REFUND of pre-payments for free cancellations within 7 days
  • With us you can book your "corona guardian angel" at the same time.
  • Special corona cover despite the pandemic at no extra charge.
  • With the hotel cancellation insurance of the European Travel Insurance you are well protected.
  • In order to save you unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation and mountain rescue we recommend to take out Hotelstorno Plus (including helicopter rescue) or Hotelstorno Premium (including helicopter rescue and accident benefits) insurance.
