Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. but you are welcome to arrive earlier and use our lounge to get dressed for skiing or hiking. (Early check-in on request).
You can park your car free of charge in our newly built parking garage or outside if you prefer.
Electric vehicles can be refueled at one of our two e-charging stations for a fee.

- On request, the local bakery "GOINGER BÄCK" will deliver fresh bread rolls for breakfast.

The Astberg toboggan run is right next to our house. We are happy to provide you with sleds free of charge (depending on availability).
Washing machine, dryer and ironing board can be used on request.
- Our garden has been awarded for being very natural and sustainable
- You are welcome to recharge your electric car directly in our parking garage at one of our e-charging stations.
- There is a lockable bicycle room in our parking garage where e-bikes can be charged free of charge.
- You can rent bikes in Going at GoingSport for example.
- Our bread delivery service is 100% regional and comes directly from the local baker.
- Our Wilder Kaiser drinking water comes fresh from the mountains and is water of the highest quality right from the tap. Buying bottled water is therefore not necessary.
- Our waste is separated into glass, paper, plastic, cans, cardboard and residual waste. You will find the recycling station in front of the house.
- The included "Wilder Kaiser Guest Card" offers free local transportation by selected public buses and hiking buses.
If required, we will be happy to take care of your travel insurance. In order to save you unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation and mountain rescue we recommend that you take out insurance, for example "Hotelstorno Plus" (incl. helicopter rescue) or "Hotelstorno Premium" (incl. helicopter rescue and accident costs).

- For less than 7 days and no-show, 90% of the travel price will be charged.

Yes, parking is available for our guests in our spacious parking garage directly at the apartments. Electric cars can also be charged there at the on-site charging stations.
Yes, the Eden Boutique Apartments are ideal for couples, families, and those seeking relaxation who appreciate quality and want to enjoy the Wilder Kaiser. Children are very welcome!
Baby cots and high chairs are available free of charge, subject to availability.
In winter, families with children benefit from the ski lift and toboggan run located right next door, as well as plenty of space in front of the house to play in the snow and build a snowman.
In summer, families especially appreciate our spacious garden area, where they can spend time together and enjoy outdoor play.

The apartments are furnished to a high standard and offer everything you need for a comfortable stay — including a fully equipped kitchen, living area, balcony with mountain views, and modern amenities. Detailed information about each apartment and its features can be found here: Our Apartments.
On request, you can enjoy fresh bread rolls from the local bakery every day (you can select them yourself directly at the bakery on site).
Apart from that, you can enjoy the freedom and flexibility of a relaxed self-catering holiday.

Our apartments are perfect for guests looking for a peaceful and high-quality accommodation in the mountains - with direct access to nature and a personal, welcoming atmosphere. Couples, families with children and groups of friends feel at home here.
Not our target group: party-people and excessive après-ski groups
Pets are not allowed.
We are unable to make exceptions, even for small dogs or other animals.
