At this time of the year, when the snow is glittering outside and the open fire is crackling inside, there is magic around. It is cozy and romantic inside the house and countless adventures are waiting to be experienced outside:
Skiing right from the door-step in the area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, tobogganing from the Astberg mountain, cross-country skiing, winter hiking, ice skating, snowshoeing, ski touring, horse-drawn sleigh rides in the snow and more.
Ski in & ski out! Located directly at the slope, next to the Astberg lift, our Eden Apartments offer you direct access to one of the most modern and family-friendly ski areas in the world. The SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental has been voted the best ski area in the world several times. It offers 83 modern gondolas and lifts, 270 kilometers of slopes at over 1,800 meters above sea level, 80 huts for refreshments. Snow-making facilities ensure that you have a truely great ski holiday.
You are welcome to borrow sleds directly from us. The snow-covered and well-lit Astberg toboggan run with a length of 4.5 km is only a few meters away from our Eden Apartments. You can reach the starting point of the toboggan run with the Astberg lift.
In the region there are a total of 4 family-friendly toboggan runs with a total length of over 12 kilometers. All are open day and night.
Whether classic or skating, everyone will find their favorite round on the more than 55 km long and perfectly prepared cross-country ski runs in the sunny winter landscape between the four Kaiser communities of Ellmau, Going, Scheffau and Söll.
Experience the snow-covered natural landscapes up close and explore the 170 km of winter hiking trails at your pace on a romantic walk.
